This November we have an unusual opportunity. Samuel Tress, the convicted felon who was nevertheless appointed to the Ramapo Town Board has been forced to resign after a second conviction! So there is now an open seat on the board.
We are supporting Bill Weber for that open seat. Bill ran for Town Board last year on the Ramapo United/Reform Party ticket. He brings a wealth of business experience and political insight that will serve him well as a member of our Ramapo town board.
Bill has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years and the Chief Financial Officer for a locally owned Ramapo based company for 16 years. He has closely monitored the fiscal machinations of the Town of Ramapo for many years and understands what must be done to assess the true state of the town’s financial condition and take the necessary corrective action.
Bill’s honesty and integrity will bring a new dawn of transparency to Ramapo that has not been seen in decades. Let’s all pull together to put Bill Weber on the Ramapo Town Council.
